Australasian Training College (ATC) Enrolment Policy and Procedures extract:

Monies paid to ATC are subject to the refund policy as stated within the ATC ‘Student Handbook,’ this is available at the ATC’s main office and/or downloadable via ATC’s website.
Course credit (RPL or RCC) is available, if you believe you are eligible for RPL/CT, please inform the ATC admin staff prior to the commencement of your enrolled course.
ATC reserves the right to suspend or expel a student from training at any time, this is dependent on any of the following: a. Where all appropriate fees have not been paid by the required and agreed upon due date. b. Where a student has not upheld and abided by ATC’s policies and procedures. c. Where misconduct has been deemed by the ATC Management.
It is the students' responsibility to notify ATC administration as soon as possible of any changes within their address and/or telephone number (both business and private) during their course completion.
It is a requirement of ATC, that all participants are aware and follow all instructions at all times, if there are medical and/or cultural reasons as to why you may not participate, you must advise the ATC administration in writing before commencement of the course to qualify for an exemption (if applicable).
All ATC courseware is the intellectual copyright of ATC, and thereof remains the property of ATC.
Student academic records remain confidential but, as requested, may be accessed by State and/or Commonwealth departments i.e. ASQA, NCVER, if unsure and/or if you have any questions, please see ATC staff.
Any other matter not specifically mentioned above, but is covered within ATC policies and procedures, will be at the discretion of ATC management.
